Strategy: HauntedArmor
Strength: HauntedArmor
The biggest strength of the HauntedArmor is its unique ability to block a normal attack from any adjacent square. Since HauntedArmor has a fairly low army cost, this enables the piece to attack enemy champions from much higher army value, as they can take a hit from up close without dying. Paired with a lifestone, the HauntedArmor can even be used twice, basically giving you two times the ability to get hit from adjacent squares with this piece without losing it. HauntedArmor+++ is also very dangerous with its knight-like teleport movement, allowing it through any gap in the opponent's setup.
Weakness: HauntedArmor
The biggest and most obvious weakness of the HauntedArmor is it very limited attack and movement options in its basic form. Combined with the fact that this piece cannot block attacks from longer range then one adjacent square, this makes the unit extremely vulnerable against bishops, knights, dragons, etc. The upgraded versions of HauntedArmor have more mobility and are harder to pin down by enemy pieces. While HauntedArmor can block normal attacks from adjacent squares, it is unable to do so with magic attacks and unblockable attacks. It is therefore also vulnerable against Pyromancers and Soulkeepers.
